Our Parmigiano-Reggiano or Parmesan is an Italian hard, granular cheese that is produced from cow's milk and has aged 24 months. It is named after the producing areas, the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, the part of Bologna west of the Reno, and Modena; and the part of Mantua south of the Po. We have carefully sourced this single rind Parmesan to bring you the very best combination of texture, flavour and taste. It is available in 1kg Wedges, 500g Wedges or 300g Hearts. The 300g Hearts are the centre of the rounds and are the best part and sweeter than the wedges and are ideal for parmesan shavings.. The 1kg and 500g wedges are ideal for grating.
