Traditionally smoked over natural oakwood chips for around 3 hours, giving a real depth of flavour and made from milk produced on West Country farms. A full flavoured Cheddar with a subtle oak smoked flavour and good strong colour.  Great on any cheeseboard. Suitable for vegetarians.

Wine Pairing

A classic combination would be a Gewurztraminer from Alsace, France or try a Semillon from the Clare Valley, South Australia or something like a Sauvignon Blanc. For something different experiment with a Wheat Beer
