A luxurious twist on the basic cheese toastie.
Cheese on Toast with Onion Marmalade

Lightly Toast both sides of bread under a medium grill.

Spread a layer of our Onion Marmalade onto the toast and then crumble our Mature Vintage British Cheddar on top.

Place back under grill until cheese is bubbling and golden brown in colour.

Serve Immediately.
