Our Vintage Mature Cheddar blended with chilli, green peppers and jalapenos giving a full flavoured Cheddar and a hint of warmth from the chilli and peppers. Made from milk produced on West Country farms. Each cheese is traditionally handmade guaranteeing an authentic, full farmhouse flavour. Suitable for vegetarians.
